“New Year, Better You: UTHealth Houston AI Resources and Practical Uses”
This session will focus on practical ways to leverage AI tools and resources available at UTHealth Houston to enhance productivity, learning, and overall professional growth.
We are currently seeking proposals from council members who would like to share their expertise, tips, or success stories related to AI applications in the workplace. Each presenter will have up to 10 minutes to present on their topic. Topics may include (but are not limited to):
- How AI streamlines your daily tasks
- Demo of effective ways you create PowerPoints
- Editing and formatting e-mails with the use of Grammarly
Important Timeline
- Proposal Form Submission Due: Friday, February 27
- Notification of Selection: Shortly after submission deadline
- Formal Presentation Due: Friday, April 3
- Dry-Run Scheduled: End of April
- Brown Bag Session: Wednesday, May 20
Proposal Submission Details:

- Format: Title and brief description (150–200 words) of your proposed topic. The format can be either live with slides or pre-recorded content. You must be available on May 22 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. to answer questions, regardless of the format.
- Of Note: No demo should include any sensitive information, including but not limited to information protected by HIPPA, FERPA, PHI, or financial data.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your knowledge and help classified staff discover practical tools to make 2026 their most productive year yet!
