TeamMAPPS Training Program
Event Description
The Team Methods to Advance Performance and Processes in Science (TeamMAPPS) training program hosted by the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences is an evidence-based team science training program that helps researchers build the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams. Participants will learn strategies to improve psychological safety, communication and information exchange; resolve conflict; and enhance teamwork, enabling stronger research productivity and impact.
