The Office of Development advances the mission of UTHealth by seeking and securing philanthropic support for its programs in service to students and society. The office comprises four giving programs—Annual Giving, Corporate and Foundation Relations, Major and Principal Gifts, and Gift Planning, as well as offices in each of the six schools and major institutes.

Senior Director of Human Resources, Office of Development and Administration 
The Senior Director of Human Resources will serve as a member of the Human Resources and Development leadership teams, while directly supporting our offices of Development and Public Affairs. While serving in this vital role, the Senior Director will be responsible for leading and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives across the client group.

Senior Development Coordinator in Annual Giving, Office of Development 
This person is responsible for activities associated with UTHealth Houston programs, projects, and/or volunteers specializing in Annual Giving and University Alumni Engagement. 

Media Relations Specialist, Office of Public Affairs 
This person will create and execute highly effective media opportunities that support and enhance UTHealth Houston’s three-part mission of education, research and patient care. A strong writing/media relations background is key. 

University Communications Specialist Focused on Information Technology
This person will write technology-related announcements, promote new technology tools, create professional reports, and other IT-focused communications. Success for this position involves taking highly technical information and translating it for a general audience. We need someone who can follow the intricacies of technology, and then write for a mass audience with clarity.
