Welcome to the Office of Academic Affairs & Student Success.
The mission of the Office of Academic Affairs and Student Success (OAASS) is to provide support for and coordinate services between UTHealth Houston's six schools and central academic and student service departments. To achieve this mission, OAASS serves as a clearinghouse for academic program review, approval, and inventories; facilitates the timely and successful submission of required university-wide accreditation, assessment and data reports and documents to external agencies; provides students with one-stop access to students services through the Central Student Portal, and manages the university's Global Health Initiatives and Visiting Scholar programs.

The Student Portal opens the door for UTHealth Houston Students as a one-stop access to UTHealth Houston Student Services.
Office of Global Health Initiatives
The Office of Global Health Initiatives (OGHI) serves as a resource to the six schools at UTHealth Houston in facilitating and supporting productive relationships with international partners.
Visiting Scholars Program
UTHealth Houston welcomes visitors from across the United States and and around the world for observation, research training, and educational experiences.
