Maria Paula Maziero

Dr. Maziero obtained her MD from Universidade Cidade de Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2021. During her graduation, she was a member of the Neuroscience Laboratory and the Laboratory of Psychopathology and Psychiatric Therapeutics, both at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She also worked as a trainee researcher at the Psychiatry Neuroimaging Laboratory, Harvard Medical School. In 2022, she came to the USA to work at UTHealth, initially at the Center of Excellence in Mood Disorder in the Department of Psychiatry.
