Join students from all UTHealth Houston schools for our annual Sports Day—a chance to meet new friends, show off your school spirit, and compete for the UTHealth Houston Sports Day Championship Trophy!

When: Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025 | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Where: UTHealth Houston Recreation Center Fields (1832 West Road)

Events & Activities:

• Volleyball (6 vs 6)
• Kickball (10 vs 10)
• Tug of War (10 vs 10)
• Open Field Games – jump in and play anytime!

Parking 

Complimentary parking is available in the South Campus Lot located across from the UTHealth Houston Recreation Center facility on West Road. Participants can also park along the streets of Bertner and East Road during approved events at the Recreation Center Athletic fields.

Know Before You Go

• Students may bring portable chairs to the event, since there will be limited seating available.
• No pets are allowed at the event, service animals only. Please see the UTHealth Houston Guidelines for Service and Emotional Support Animals on Campus for more information.
• No minors are allowed at the event. Please see the UTHealth Houston HOOP Policy Number: 164 Minors on Campus for more information.
• Photos will be taken at the event for UTHealth Houston promotional use only.
• A liability waiver must be signed for all participants at the event.
• Student IDs may be checked at the event. Students may bring one guest to the event.
