Memorial Hermann Hospital System works closely with the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston to make "Breakthroughs Every Day." MHH accepts UTHealth CPHS approval. All research conducted at any MHH facility must also be reviewed and approved by the MHH research review process. Remember to complete and attach the MHH application form with the CPHS application submission packet within iRIS.
Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital (LBJ) & Harris Health System
Lyndon Baines Johnson General Hospital and other components of the Harris Health System (Ben Taub, Quentin Mease, Thomas Street, etc.) accept UTHealth CPHS approval. Proposals for research conducted at any Harris Health facility must be submitted for review and approval by the Harris Health research administration. Proposals must be submitted through the Harris Health eProtocol Management System
