Waiting List March 2025

Below are a few things that you will need to know to be prepared for the AE-University Housing online waiting list sign-up:

• The online application will take about 15 minutes to answer relevant questions about your status and your desired floor plan choices.
• Current tenants are ineligible to apply for the waiting list.
• A valid credit card will be required.  No other form of payment will be accepted for online sign-up.
• Upon completion of the application process, the applicant will receive a system generated email confirming payment for the waiting list.
• The online waiting list sign-up will begin on March 14 at 6pm for FULL-TIME UTHealth Houston and MDA students, Post-docs, Residents and Fellows.
• March 21, 2025, at 6 PM – The waitlist opens for All Others, including FULL-TIME BCM and Employees.
• On March 28 at 6pm the online waiting list will be deactivated, no others will be accepted on the waiting list after this time.
