Directions to OTM's office:
The Office of Technology Management is located in the University Center Tower, Suite 1400, at 7000 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030.
1. If you are traveling north on Main Street from the 610 South Loop, turn right on Pressler Street, then turn right on Fannin and enter the UCT garage (not the bank entrance).
2. If you are traveling south on Main Street from downtown/Hwy 59, turn left on Pressler Street, then turn right on Fannin and enter the UCT garage (not the bank entrance).
Take a ticket and park on floors 2-5. Take the garage elevators to the 1st floor and check in with the security guard, who will escort you to the high rise elevator bank. Take the high rise elevators to the 14th floor, and proceed to Suite 1400 to the left of the elevator bank.

UCT is directly across the street from the METRO Texas Medical Center Transit Center at 6910 Fannin Street, serving METRO bus and rail passengers.
