Student Organizations – House Bill 127 Compliance

All registered student organizations must complete the required online attestation (acknowledgement) in compliance with House Bill 127 / Tex. Educ. Code § 51B.103.

An organization’s student leader must certify the following statement:

I certify, in accordance with Tex. Educ. Code § 51B.103, (NAME OF STUDENT ORGANIZATION) has not accepted any gifts from a foreign adversary (China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela) or an agent of a foreign adversary, or has entered into a contract or agreement with a foreign adversary or agent of a foreign adversary under which my organization receives financial support.

Important: Failure to submit the required certification by the deadline will result in organizational suspension until the required certification is received.
