The Clinical Research Professional (CRP) Workforce Training Program will prepare trainees for a career as a clinical research professional. The curriculum has been developed utilizing competencies based on the Core Competency Framework for the Clinical Research Professional developed by the Joint Task Force for Clinical Trial Competency. Program objectives

1. Apply good clinical practice principles in the design, conduct, recording and reporting of clinical research.
2. Employ clinical and translational research best practices in management of clinical research studies for a wide range of study designs and interventions.
3. Employ principles of good clinical practice to generate quality data and ensure data integrity
4. Utilize knowledge of applicable regulations, clinical research guidelines, and institutional policies to ensure the rights, safety, and wellbeing of human research participants are protected
