What to expect
- Participants-leaders will receive a thorough series of 360-degree and personal leadership assessment to identify strengths, positive leader behaviors and practices.
- Participants will learn targeted areas for leadership development.
- Weekly intensive group sessions with opportunity to engage with the presenters and the other participant-leaders.
- Personal leadership coaching and be matched with a UTHealth Houston executive for ongoing mentoring interaction.
Assignments
- The program concludes with a customized executive-level project experience.
Number of participants
- Each session is limited to 25-30 participants.
After graduation
- There will be ongoing cohort interaction and resources to continue your leadership development journey. You will learn more about this at the last session of the program.
