Group Fitness

We'll be offering a few group fitness classes each week with the hope to continue to add more classes and instructors.

  • All participants must sign the waiver.
  • Registration for each class is required!  This ensures the instructor gets credit for the participation attendance.
  • After you scan in for entry to the Recreation Center, go around the corner of the front desk (keeping the exit/entrance clear) and give staff your UT ID or Rec Center ID in exchange for a Group Fitness Class Pass.
  • When entering class, please give the Group Fitness Class Pass to the Group Fitness Instructor.
  • Classes are only open to UTHealth Students and Rec Center Members.
  • No Sponsored Guests allowed to attend at this time.
  • Don't forget to pick up your UT ID or Rec Center ID at the front desk when class is done!

    • Tuesday, 7/1 at 5:30PM: BollyX with Shaili 
    • Wednesday, 7/2: Cancelled
    • Thursday, 7/3: BollyX with Shaili (Sub)

  • July Schedule
    •  Mondays at 6:30PM: Yoga with Andrew
    • Tuesdays at 5:30PM: BollyX with Shaili 
    • Wednesdays at 5:30PM: Yoga with Karen
    • Thursdays at 5:30PM: Zumba with Karen
