Personal Training

Our nationally-certified Personal Trainers will develop a comprehensive fitness program specifically for you.  New clients must start with a Fitness Assessment to gather baseline data.  From there, we'll evaluate your fitness goals, develop a personalized workout plan, teach you how to properly perform resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning and keep you motivated.  From those just getting started on their fitness journey to the weekend warrior and everyone in between, we've got you covered.


Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment (In-Person)

Identify strengths and opportunities in fitness and aide in setting attainable goals.

Includes:
Body Composition Analysis
Cardiovascular Endurance Test
Muscular Strength/Endurance Test
Flexibility Test
Body Fat Percentage

Open to UTHealth Students, Rec Center Members and Eligible Members

Personal Training (In-Person)

Your goals, fitness level, schedule and medical history are all vital.
As you progress, your Certified Personal Trainer will too.

Open to UTHealth Students, Rec Center Members and Eligible Members

30-Minute Sessions
$25 - 1 Session
$95 - 4 Sessions
$185 - 8 Sessions

60-Minute Sessions
$35 - 1 Session
$135 - 4 Sessions
$265 - 8 Sessions

Recreation Center Members
30-Minute Sessions
$35 - 1 Session
$135 - 4 Sessions
$265 - 8 Sessions

60-Minute Sessions
$45 - 1 Session
$175 - 4 Sessions
$345 - 8 Sessions

Expiration
Packages of 1, 4 or 8 are expected to be completed within 1-8 weeks, respectively.
Once timeframe has expired, sessions may not be used or considered for refunds.

Cancellation
Participants are required to cancel session with trainer at least 4 hours prior to scheduled session.
Within 4 hours, client is still required to pay for session.
Excessive cancellations or changes may affect consideration or eligibility for future sessions.

Equipment Orientation (In-Person)

Gain confidence in the weight room and cardio area.
Learn equipment adjustments for proper biomechanics, safety and effectiveness.
Led by a Personal Trainer on a one-on-one or small group basis.
