- Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Development for Salesforce
UTHealth Houston's Office of Development and Public Affairs is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will primarily support the administration of the Salesforce constituent database, Affinaquest. This role will serve as the primary programmer and system admin that supports the development and maintenance of Affinaquest, the SQL reporting instance, and the SQL patient database. You will need to apply a user-centered approach to transform raw data into meaningful and valuable information, enabling more effective, strategic, tactical, and operational insight and decision-making to support the department's fundraising and brand elevation goals. - Associate Director of Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations in Development
UTHealth Houston's Office of Development is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations. This role offers the opportunity to secure philanthropic support from a diverse portfolio of corporate and private foundation donors invested in advancing UTHealth Houston's mission to enhance community health through education, research, and clinical care. The Associate Director will develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts from corporations and foundations. The successful candidate will support efforts to expand the institution's Corporate and Foundation Relations program by fostering new relationships and matching UTHealth Houston's educational, research, and clinical funding opportunities to donors' interests. The focus will be on mid-level corporations and foundations with grant-making capacity that have existing relationships with the University and prospects not currently engaged with UTHealth Houston. - Multimedia Specialist in Public Relations specializing in Videography and Photography
UTHealth is looking for a Multimedia Specialist to serve as a valued member of the team responsible for visually telling the stories of UTHealth through videography and photography. This employee will conceive and develop web-based multimedia content and services in support of the online marketing and communication strategies at UTHealth. This role is designed for someone with experience in all facets of photography and video production from conception to final deliverable - this includes basic storyboarding, art direction, shooting footage, audio, lighting, editing, and adherence to UTHealth's brand standards. To qualify for this position, you must have at least three years of relevant experience, plus the creative drive to maximize engagement with UTHealth's audiences through video and photography. Communication and organizational skills are a must, especially as they relate to creating and maintaining an archive of video and photography assets. Being an FAA-certified drone pilot is a plus! - Media Relations Specialist / External Communications in Public Affairs
UTHealth Houston is looking for a multifaceted external communications, media relations pro, or public relations expert who can pitch compelling stories of medical and science innovations, write articles using SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and create videos. This person is responsible for promoting the university's strategic priorities and protecting the university's brand by developing and executing media, public relations, and social media strategies to inform and engage external and internal audiences. This role is vital to the support of the university's three-part mission of education, research, and patient care. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, writing, news judgment, and creative idea skills. It also requires a person who can do multiple things, including managing content, as they approach public and media relations at many levels. We prefer candidates with a public relations background and those with video skills who can hit quick deadlines. - Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations

This position will focus on building and strengthening partnerships with local, regional, and national corporations to advance the mission of UTHealth Houston. The Director will leverage their corporate engagement experience to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on corporate opportunities. This includes researching trends, understanding corporate needs, and aligning them with UTHealth Houston's mission. The role involves developing tailored engagement strategies, managing a portfolio of prospects and donors, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful support for the institution's objectives. - Gift Administration Associate in the Office of Development
UTHealth Houston's Office of Development is looking for a Gift Administration Associate. This employee will be responsible for receiving, recording, and legally receipting charitable contributions to the University and maintaining detailed donor records, including biographical and contact information, activity participation, and other relevant data in the fundraising database (Affinaquest). You will be the main contact for receiving gifts and processing them. This employee works on-site five days a week because they always need to be there to do receipts and cards. You will need to be detail-oriented, and we prefer those with database experience. - Director Gift Planning II
UTHealth Houston's Office of Development seeks a Director of Gift Planning II to lead comprehensive strategies for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding planned and blended gift prospects. This role is critical to advancing UTHealth Houston’s mission by securing philanthropic support for its transformative medical research, education, and patient care programs. The Director of Gift Planning will play a pivotal role in enhancing UTHealth Houston’s philanthropic efforts, working closely with the Senior Director of Gift Planning, Major Gift Officers, and key stakeholders to foster relationships and expand the pipeline for planned and blended gifts. With an increasing focus on asset-based giving and the growing importance of planned gifts for an aging population, the Director will oversee a portfolio of approximately 70 major planned gift prospects. This individual will also collaborate with colleagues across the Office of Development to help donors envision larger, impactful gifts that support the university's mission.
