This contract will enable us to accurately set up your departmental account in the student record system. This will not delay class registration for your students and we ask that you encourage your students to enroll during regular registration so that your account is not assessed late registration fees. Please note that the last day for students to enroll and not incur late fees is generally the last Friday before classes start for a fall or spring term. Always refer to the Registrar’s Webpage for payment and installment dates.
This page is your confirmation that we have received your completed form. We ask that you do not follow up with an email or a phone call as we respond to all attempts to contact our office and this only delays our input of your data.
During peak registration periods it may take up to 14 business days to get your form processed. It is always best to submit you information as soon as you have it finalized for a term.
If a form is submitted in error or you need to correct data elements, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 713-500-3388. Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm (CST)
